3.5 annas cover sent on 3 December 1947 from Baroda. Insufficiently addressed and returned from Czechoslovakia to Baroda with 21 February 1948 delivery postmark.

12 annas pair in combination with Indonesian stamp. Philatelic cover from the famous Bandung Asia Africa Summit 1955 that led to the formation of the Non Alligned Movement.

Tiruvadi DLO Cover

1.5 annas stamp on KGV 2 annas postal stationery envelope. 3.5 annas rated cover to UK but insufficiently addressed and returned to sender. Sent on 16 January 1948. With Bombay and Madras DLO postmarks.

Crash cover with Jai Hind postmark

Jai Hind postmarked cover posted from Madras on 21 August 1947, carried on the ill-fated Portland seaplane which crashed in Bahrain Marine Base. All stamps washed off. Cachet of ‘Damaged by Sea Water’ in 2 lines applied on the front of the cover.
