The Comma Variety is supposed to occur on 6/6 position of every sheet but in this case it doesn’t. Thus this sheet is a variety because it does not have the variety! One of only 2 such sheets seen. For further details refer to Comma article in Jai Hind Philatelic Research section.

Locally posted cover with 15 August 1947 cds, as the Jai Hind postmark was probably issued only in Head Post Offices and General Post Offices, collectors in smaller stations had to make do with such cds covers.
